Rent your furniture by the room or select from our furniture collections! Tailor your rental to your unique needs with our additional options - we even offer housewares packages. Choose a delivery date and address and we will provide you with a lease agreement and credit application. And that’s it! Your furniture is on the way in as little as 48 hours.

Does AFR have a minimum requirement in order to rent?

We have a minimum lease length of three months in order to qualify for an order within an area we service.

Does AFR offer delivery near me?

We currently have 28 warehouses in 23 strategic locations across the United States. Find the AFR location nearest you on our Locations & Showrooms map.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost is calculated based upon your lease length, delivery zip code, and selected date of delivery.

How quickly can AFR deliver after my order is placed?

We typically offer new deliveries for our clients as quickly as two business days after an order is placed.

Does delivery include set up?

Our delivery team will also set up your furniture.

Do I need to be on-site when AFR delivers?

You are not required to be present when your furniture is delivered as long as there are no personal items in the unit and you alert the property with a permission to enter (if applicable).

Does AFR deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

We operate during normal business hours and typically do not offer delivery on weekends and some holidays.

Will my furniture rental require a credit application?

A credit application is typically required for monthly automatic billing purposes.

Will the furniture I rent arrive brand new?

While furniture you receive may arrive new, in most cases it will have been rented by previous clients. Each piece is reviewed by our team of quality control professionals who treat and refurbish as necessary to achieve perfect showroom quality prior to your delivery.

Can I swap furniture pieces or request an add-on after delivery?

This is possible. Please reach out to your account executive or call our customer care line at 888.AFR.RENT for further insight and assistance.

Does AFR offer furniture collections or housewares packages?

We offer customizable rent by room or by collection options as well as tiered housewares packages to fit your unique lifestyle.

Am I eligible for special student furniture rental package pricing?

Clients with valid student ID are eligible for special student pricing. See our student furniture rental area.

Does AFR Provide furniture for home staging purposes?

We provide furniture for home staging as well.

Can I rent a single piece of furniture?

It is not possible to rent single pieces of furniture at this time.

Does AFR offer a rent-to-own option?

We do not offer rent to own options. However, we do have six AFR Clearance Center furniture locations along the east and west coast that sell our previously rented furniture at drastically discounted prices.

How do I schedule a pickup?

To schedule a pickup, direct clients call or email their AFR account executive notice at least 30 days in advance. We’ll handle the rest!

What if something is not available at the time of delivery?

For guaranteed items, we will offer a substitution and backorder your original selection. Upholstery is not a guaranteed item.

What if I am not satisfied with something that was delivered?

We take your feedback very seriously and do everything in our means to rectify these situations swiftly. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your delivery, please call us and we will work with you to resolve. If something arrives broken or damaged it will be replaced at no charge to the client.

What happens after my initial lease term expires?

After your initial lease term expires, your plan will change to a month-to-month contract.

Can I cancel my lease early?

If canceling their lease early due to relocation, clients will not be subject to an early termination fee as long as we can continue to provide furniture at their new location and they enter a new AFR lease with monthly rental payments not less than 80% of those due upon lease cancellation. In all other cases, clients remain responsible for all obligations under their lease upon early cancellation. What is AFR’s damage waiver?

If a client agrees to pay a Damage Waiver fee in lieu of property damage insurance, AFR will bear the risk of damage to or loss of the leased property arising from normal wear and tear or from damage or loss caused by natural disasters. The client remains responsible for damage or loss caused by anything other than normal wear and tear or from natural disasters.
