Tricia Schmitt

AFR Furniture Rental is proud to announce the promotion of Tricia Schmitt to President and Chief Revenue Officer of the Company. For over 21 years, Tricia has been passionately dedicated to fostering the AFR brand while setting in motion positive changes for clients and staff alike. She has a demonstrated record of maintaining strong, careful leadership as well as clear and concise decision-making skills even in the most difficult of times. And as an AFR client for 10 years prior to joining the team, she has a deep, 360-degree understanding of the industry and is determined to create the highest possible level of client experience available in furniture rental today.
Tricia has a proven ability to shift gears and thrive in many crucial roles at the Company. Most recently as Chief Revenue Officer, Tricia oversees sales teams, product development, and marketing strategy across six unique company segments. Prior to that she focused on strategically developing AFR’s brand persona to best align the goals of clients, staff, and executive management as Chief Branding Officer.
She has also played a key role in creating and introducing the AFR Gives Back Program, where in addition to volunteering time and donating food, clothes, and toys across the United States, AFR employees and friends also assisted in rebuilding homes for individuals who lost everything in the wake of Hurricane Katrina and Superstorm Sandy.
Tricia was recently honored to join Chief, a private network dedicated to connecting, supporting, and inspiring women executive leaders who have 15+ years of professional experience and a clear history of achievement and progression throughout their careers. As an active Chief member, she meets with professional peers in a hand-selected core group for leadership development meetings. The group works together to sharpen their skills, share personal developments, and explore current business-related challenges.
In her latest role as President, Tricia is committed to supporting and inspiring her teams each day. She will be working diligently to launch exciting and strategic new products that provide clients with the foremost in stye and utility. And, perhaps most importantly, she will work to serve and nurture the culture at AFR Furniture Rental.
Tricia resides in Oreland, PA with her family and two dogs, Izzy and Diesel.
